Let’s Mobilize Your Brand.

From App Development, a Website Refresh, Newsletter Redesign, and more, it’s important to mobilize your brand online.

Be a real brand

Be a real brand

Because establishing a brand for yourself is the most important thing to have…take a look at a branding guide I made for Hideaway Beach Club.

Sierra Property Management - Live at Lofts Brand Guides

I was given the task to create from scratch 7 brand guides for 7 Loft properties that are managed by Sierra Property Management in Macon, GA. Each had to have a distinct look as each property met different needs for its residents. Some are exclusive to students on nearby campuses, one is geared towards those in the Medical field at a nearby hospital, and some are geared towards multi-family housing. Each have their own primary logo, secondary logo, pattern, color palette, tagline, font set, and stock photo set.

App Project Management

I was given the goal to mobilize the Hideaway Beach Club website in some capacity — I decided that with how much the world is in mobile and also where to put money where it made sense, was to develop a Hideaway Beach Club app, offering what was already on the website and more.

Part of this project was also rethinking how golf tee times, the member directory, and event promotion were offered. Throw in a new module for fitness reservations and mobile to go ordering, and my summer project quickly turned into 10 months.

Website Refresh

From outdated photos and text, the goal of this project was to get new facility and grounds photos, add a facility highlight video, refresh the copy on the website, and make it more appealing. I worked with Echo Cinematics to coordinate a day where they came out to get interior, exterior, and drone photos of the Club. Website provider is through a club management company: MembersFirst.

Simplify Communication

Instead of sending out 10+ emails a week, event promotion was consolidated into one FlipBook that is created on FlipSnack. This includes all upcoming events, department updates, videos, photos, and more for the membership to view. 50+ of these have been sent out since February 2020.

Print Publications

From Social Calendars and Monthly Newsletters, I reviewed “what was” to create it into “what it can be”.

Below is an example of the annual social calendar of events that is mailed out to the membership. From what was before a thick chaotic booklet of flyers and information, is now a downsized thin booklet with lists of events with a feature event for each month.
